At the request of the developer “Nerukhomist vid Koval’s’koyi”, we developed an advertising campaign for the residential complex “Parkova Vezha”, announcing the sale of apartments directly from the developer.
PROJECT 1
The advertisement layout was an allusion to a private listing. This approach allowed us to create a concise image, focusing on the key information (price per square meter, phone number, logos), while emphasizing the simplicity of the purchase — directly from the developer, without intermediaries and overpayments.
PROJECT 2
The communication strategy for the “Parkova Vezha” residential complex was to communicate with the target audience simply and with a touch of good humor.
The goal of each message was not only to deliver the necessary information but also to bring a smile to the audience.
In this advertising campaign, a funny Boston Terrier informs potential buyers that only a few apartments are left, and they should hurry!
PROJECT 3
The “Parkova Vezha” residential complex invites potential buyers to visit the showroom.
The brand’s signature character in the advertising communications is the Boston Terrier in glasses, who is already ready to enjoy the showroom experience.
The vivid image, along with a rhymed slogan and simple address, all support the informal communication strategy of the “Parkova Vezha” residential complex.
