Domino’s Pizza is the most widespread pizza chain in the city of Kyiv.
TASK
In 2018, on behalf of the company, we conducted a comprehensive pizza market research, studying both the “offline” and online audiences: that is, the consumers who physically visit Domino’s Pizza locations and those who use the pizza ordering service on the website.
RESEARCH
As a result of the research, we gathered information about the preferences of both consumer groups, their awareness of the Domino’s Pizza brand and its competitors, the qualities of delicious pizza, and the differences between pizzerias and fast food chains.
RESULTS
The marketing insights obtained will be used in the future to develop the company’s marketing strategy.
