Maxus – an international corporation specializing in the production of energy-saving lamps. The company was founded by a group of American and British investors, with its headquarters located in the USA.
PROJECT
At the company’s request, we “shed light” on the situation in the Ukrainian lighting market: what exactly domestic consumers choose and what the prospects are for energy-saving lamps in Ukraine.
Our researchers conducted consumer surveys at their places of residence, launched an online survey, and held focus groups with representatives of the target audience.
RESULT
As a result of the research, we created a portrait of the target audience, identified their preferences, lamp selection criteria, and price sensitivity. The project also allowed us to analyze the brand image of Maxus and its main competitors.
The obtained information was used by Maxus to optimize its marketing strategy.
