Bionorica is an international pharmaceutical company headquartered in Germany, specializing in the production of medicinal products using phytoneering technology.
EVENT
With the We Are All Made Of Stars project, we aimed to remind every Bionorica employee that they are a true star. More importantly, we wanted to show that together, the entire Bionorica team forms a dazzling constellation in Ukraine’s pharmaceutical sky.
The stellar concept came to life through various materials:
- We created the “Bionorica Galaxy Map”, where every employee’s name shone like a star.
- The 2019 corporate planner featured each team member as a bright star in the company’s universe.
- Even the annual corporate conference was designed around the We Are All Made Of Stars theme.
RESULTS
We successfully united the field team (medical representatives working across different regions of Ukraine) with office employees, reinforcing shared values and goals.
Additionally, the project motivated each team member for a productive and inspiring year ahead.
