“Zlagoda” is a leading brand in the Ukrainian dairy market. It is one of the few local brands that offers a diverse selection of baby food products, particularly those packaged in environmentally friendly and safe glass containers.

TASK

At the request of the company, we conducted a large-scale marketing study of consumer practices among the brand’s target audience.

RESEARCH

As part of the project, our researchers conducted nine focus groups and 1,200 interviews across three Ukrainian cities: Kyiv, Dnipro, and Kharkiv.

RESULTS

The client received a detailed report on the preferences and habits of the target audience, as well as insights into how the brand is perceived by both potential and existing customers. The collected data will enable the client to adjust marketing activities and refine distribution strategies.
